Trout Unlimited's Driftless Area Restoration Effort is gearing up for a busy field season in 2026, with a partnership project on Fancy Creek aiming to restore a natural stream and wetland complex. The project, which began in January, involves multiple organizations and is expected to be completed by early summer. Monitoring of the stream and wetland will take place through groundwater wells, cameras, and monitoring stations.
