Tennessee Angler Catches Potential Record Largemouth Bass
A Tennessee angler has landed a massive 15.75-pound largemouth bass on Nickajack Lake, which could potentially break the state record. The catch was made on a chilly late-winter morning using a vibrating jig in a hydrilla flat. The angler, Darren Nunley, was fishing with guide Hensley Powell when he made the record-breaking catch. The fish is currently pending DNA testing and final certification by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
