Nick Dyer Wins Kayak Series Championship on Chickamauga
Nick Dyer claimed the National Championship title and a $20,000 first-place prize at the Newport Bassmaster Kayak Series Championship on Chickamauga and Nickajack Lakes. Dyer dominated the tournament from start to finish, posting a two-day total of 200.75 inches and outlasting a furious final-day charge from Tennessee's Joshua Sharp. His bosses granted him an extra day off work, which paid off with Dyer's first blue trophy.
