New Jersey Muskie Record Application Rejected
A recent muskie catch in New Jersey has been rejected as a state record due to a technicality. The fish was caught on the wrong side of the state line, making it ineligible for the record books. The angler, Victor Gelman, had high hopes for his 45.03-pound catch, but the decision has left him disappointed. The fish was caught through the ice on Greenwood Lake, which straddles the New Jersey-New York state line.
