Idaho Lake Produces New State Record Trout

A massive cutthroat trout was caught and released in Idaho's deepest lake, setting a new state record. The 27-inch Westslope cutty was caught by Kyle Hatrock while trolling streamers with down riggers and planer boards. The fish was released back into the lake, but not before being measured and declared a new state record by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
