Record-Breaking Channel Catfish Caught in California's Clear Lake
Vince Mack and his wife Kim were fishing on Clear Lake in California when they caught a record-breaking 44.1-pound channel catfish. The fish was caught using cut mackerel bait and 8/0 circle hooks, and was confirmed as a record by Captain Steve Johnson, a local guide.
